HoraCerta is a Portuguese online booking platform for appointment-based businesses: hairdressers, barbershops, beauty, physiotherapy, nutrition, psychology and personal training. Built in Portugal, with servers in the EU (Hetzner, Germany) and support in pt-PT.
It started from a concrete problem: the existing booking software was either too expensive or too American, and none truly spoke the Portuguese market. HoraCerta was designed from the ground up for it: a flat monthly fee with no per-booking commission, 100% GDPR, and every feature shipping because a real business asked for it.
